Return eligibility

Return requests should be started within 30 days of delivery. Unless the item arrived defective or damaged, the product should be unused or lightly inspected, complete and in resalable condition with its original packaging, cables, memory cards, manuals and accessories.

How to start a return

1. Sign in to the Amazon account used for purchase.
2. Open Your Orders and select the GiipGoop product.
3. Choose Return or Replace Items and follow the provided instructions.
4. Use the supplied label and return method. Keep the tracking receipt until the case is complete.

Refund timing

After a return is approved and received, GiipGoop aims to authorize the refund within one to two business days. Amazon and the payment provider control when the credit appears in the original payment method. Bank processing time may add several days.

Condition deductions and exceptions

Missing parts, physical damage, misuse, unauthorized modification or material wear may reduce a refund or make the item ineligible where permitted by law. Digital files, user-added games and save data are not refundable. Amazon may apply different or additional conditions shown on the order or product listing.

Damaged or incorrect deliveries

If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from the order, contact the seller through Amazon as soon as possible. Add clear photos of the item, serial label, packaging and shipping damage so the issue can be assessed quickly.
